Thank you for visiting loesencial.mx (the site). Lo Esencial is the company responsible for operating it, and from now on we will refer to ourselves as Lo Esencial, or we. We would love it if you didn't have to read our terms and conditions (and if we didn't have to write them), but unfortunately, our lawyers didn't let us, so we have to ask you to read them, as by entering our site you will be confirming that you accept them. If you do not accept these terms and conditions of use, you will not be able to use our site.

CONDITIONS OF USE

At Lo Esencial, we offer a wide range of services and products, and sometimes additional conditions may apply. Each time you use any of our services, you will also be subject to the specific guidelines, terms, and conditions applicable to that service (the "General Service Conditions"). The General Service Conditions will prevail over these Terms of Use in case of any discrepancy between the two. Of course, the General Service Conditions will be available for you to review when you use any of our services.

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY POLICY

We know you'll want to use your new items as soon as possible, and we'll do our best to make that happen. Therefore, we will ship your order to your address within 2 to 3 business days after purchase, using the shipping method you selected at the time of purchase. Shipping is free on purchases over $1,399. We will send your order to the address you provide in the form, so you are responsible for providing complete and truthful information and references. If you do not provide this information correctly, we may cancel the transaction or we will have to charge you shipping costs that you will be responsible for. Home delivery will be on business days and during hours established by our service provider, which you will select at the time of purchase. Please note that if we cannot deliver for reasons not attributable to us, our provider will return it to us, and we will have to charge you additional shipping costs. Also, remember that some shipments may be subject to additional charges if the destination postal code is in a remote or extended area. If this occurs with your order, we will contact you. If there is a delay with the delivery of your order, we will gladly help you review it, but we recommend following up directly with the courier service, as we cannot be held responsible for them.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING POLICY

We love seeing our pieces reach more and more places, so we are happy to ship to other countries. Please note that if we ship your pieces to another country, we are not responsible for any fees, taxes, charges, or additional payments that the courier company may request at the time of delivery. If you reject these charges, you will reject the package, and we are not responsible for its return or loss.

INVOICING

You can request an invoice at the time of your purchase. If you forget to ask for it (it happens to us all the time), don't worry, you have the current month to request it.

CHANGES AND RETURNS

Our brand is a benchmark of quality in national design and craftsmanship. We work with optimal quality materials such as genuine calfskin and natural wool, thus guaranteeing every item in the Seamless collection for life, and guaranteeing all pieces in our Interact and Elements collections for one year. PURCHASE LIMIT

Our leather goods can be in high demand, and since we want them to reach and be used by as many people as possible, we reserve the right to refuse or limit your purchase if you buy units in commercial quantities. We may also, among other things, restrict the number of units purchased with the same account, credit/debit card, shipped to the same address, or any other characteristic that, in our judgment, indicates that this policy is being violated. PRICES, PROMOTIONS, COUPONS, AND DISCOUNTS

We reserve the right to modify, cancel, or update the terms of all promotions published through the website, social media, and other official communication channels of the brand. All promotions related to shipping and deliveries will apply only to standard shipping, without exception. As a general rule, the Masterpiece collection is also exempt from any coupon, discount, or offer, with the exception of free store shipping. All other coupons, discounts, or promotions are subject to restrictions, limitations, or conditions, so we suggest you contact us before placing your order to fully understand them if you have any questions.
