Can I access or rectify my data or access or object to its use (ARCO Rights)?

We will have a period of 20 (twenty) business days following the date of receipt of the request, to resolve the admissibility or inadmissibility of the request, in accordance with the Law. We will at all times have the right to extend the aforementioned term by one single occasion for an equal period, provided that it is justified and the circumstances of the case so warrant.
In case the request is declared inadmissible, the corresponding evidence must be attached to it. When the request is admissible, the requested right will be exercised within 15 (fifteen) business days following the date on which the adopted resolution was communicated.
The exercise of the rights of access, rectification, cancellation, or opposition may be denied in the following cases:
When the applicant is not the data subject or the legal representative of the legal entity and/or does not prove the legal existence of the entity they represent or their powers and faculties are not sufficient to exercise the rights in question.
