Shipping
How long does it take for my order to arrive?
We ship from Guadalajara. For Mexico City and the metropolitan area, 2 to 3 business days. Rest of the country, 3 to 5 business days.
When is shipping free?
Orders equal to or greater than $1,399 MXN qualify for free shipping within Mexico.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. International shipments take 8 to 15 business days depending on the destination. The cost is calculated at checkout.
Returns
How long do I have to return a product?
You have 5 business days from receipt to request a return in case of a defect. Personalized products are not eligible for return.
How do I start a return?
Write to us at info@loesencial.mx with your order number and product photos. We will respond within 24 business hours.
Warranty
Do my items have a warranty?
Yes. We cover manufacturing defects for 1 year from the purchase date. It does not cover wear and tear from use, accidental stains, or damage from prolonged sun exposure.
What do I do if my part arrived damaged?
Take photos of it before opening the package, if possible, and write to us within the first 48 hours. We'll replace the part at no cost.
Materials
Why do you use full-grain leather?
Full-grain leather is the most resistant layer. It improves with use, develops its own character, and can last for decades with basic care.
Customization
Can I customize any product?
Most of our items support bas-relief engraving with your logo or initials. You will see the option active on each product page.
How much does it cost to customize?
$49 MXN per piece. The cost is automatically added to the cart.
My order
How do I track my order?
When your order leaves the workshop, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to track the package.
Payments
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept credit and debit cards, SPEI transfers, PayPal, and interest-free installments with participating cards.
Do you offer interest-free installments?
Yes. Available in 3, 6, and 9 interest-free monthly installments with participating cards on purchases of $1,500 MXN or more.
Invoicing
How do I request my invoice?
Go to /pages/facturacion with your order number and tax information. We will generate your invoice in less than 24 business hours.
